Step 1 – Booking and Registration

The process begins when a customer submits a transport request.

During booking, we collect essential details such as:

• Pickup location

• Destination

• Preferred travel timeframe

• Owner contact information

Once the request is received, a booking record is created and a confirmation is provided to the customer.

This confirmation includes a booking reference and instructions for the next steps.

Step 2 – Travel Requirements Review

Before transport can be scheduled, pets must meet travel requirements. This step is important to ensure safety and compliance with transport guidelines.

During this stage, we review:

• Vaccination records

• Health certificate requirements

• Crate suitability

• Identification and documentation

If any requirements are incomplete or missing, the booking may be placed on hold until the necessary information is provided.

Customers are informed clearly about what is needed and how to complete the requirements.

Step 3 – Transport Planning and Scheduling

Once requirements are verified, transport is scheduled.

At this stage, we:

• Confirm the mode of transport (air or ground)

• Coordinate travel arrangements

• Provide estimated departure and arrival timeframes

• Update the booking status

Customers receive updated travel information and can track the progress through the tracking system.

Step 4 – Transport and Monitoring

On the day of transport, pets are prepared and travel begins according to the scheduled plan.

During transit:

• Transport milestones are recorded

• Status updates are provided

• Progress can be viewed through the tracking system

Our goal during this stage is to ensure the journey proceeds safely and according to plan.

Step 5 – Arrival and Delivery

Once the pet arrives at the destination:

• Arrival is confirmed

• Delivery arrangements are completed

• The booking status is updated to delivered

Customers receive confirmation that transport has been successfully completed.
