2. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

Ensure the pet is properly prepared for travel, including crate and comfort requirements.
Failure to provide accurate information or documentation may result in delays or cancellation.
3. Health and Safety Requirements

7. Delivery and Handover

The receiver may be required to present identification.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the receiver is available at the scheduled time.
8. Delays and Unforeseen Events
First Pet Travels is not responsible for delays caused by:

9. Limitation of Liability
